For jewelry cleaning, we use ultrasonic cleaners with high frequency sound waves and suitable mild cleaning reagents, which create bubbles that latch on to the dirt of your jewelry. The high frequency sound waves pull the dirt away from the jewelry and bring them up to the surface. 

All our charms are well polished and cleaned thoroughly using ultrasonic cleaning machine and jewelry polishing cloth prior to your purchase of our pieces. However, poor storage condition or improper care may cause spot tarnish on jewelry in general. Sparkles on jewelry charm and chain may get dull overtime due to various factors such as weather conditions, build up of oil residues and dust particles, etc. This is completely normal and common, and we have the perfect solution for you with our Jewelry Cleaning Service!

Jewelry cleaning cost per jewelry is SGD $25. Kindly cart out via Tracked Postage Delivery (SGD $4), so that the jewelry can be mailed back to you safely via Smartpac. Jewelry will be required to be sent to our address (which we will inform you via whatsapp/email) via postage or self drop-off method.

 

Care Instructions

All our pieces are: Allergy-free; Tarnish-free; Hypoallergenic. With the correct care, the jewelry will not tarnish. In order to maintain the condition of your jewelry for as long as possible: do not expose the jewelry to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals; store your jewelry in a dry place such as our mini jewelry box, away from moist areas such as windows and shower area.
