It is highly recommended to contact us via Instagram direct message or the Whatsapp platform on the bottom right hand corner of our website for urgent inquiries.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we are happy to exchange it, replace it or refund your money within 7 days of purchase. Simply email us hello@etherealgift.com the problem, and we will take care of you.

Delivery Service
Upon placing order, your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. For personalised items, the production lead time is specified in its description box. 

The following are the available delivery options: 

1) Singpost Normal Mailing:
Within 3 to 6 working days upon dispatch. Fixed price at $1 per parcel. The parcel will be delivered straight to the mailbox. We will keep a photo proof in case of the unfortunate event of missing parcel. Please note that we are not responsible for missing parcel during transit if you choose this method.

2) Door-to-Door Delivery:
Within 1 to 3 working days upon dispatch. Fixed price at $6 per parcel. The parcel will be delivered straight to your doorstep. We have a personal Grab delivery man who will be delivering the parcel. We are responsible for delivering your parcel right to your doorstep if you choose this method.

3) Self-Collection:
For local orders (within Singapore), all orders can be collected via self-collection at Dakota MRT station Exit B. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection. 

How long is the order processing time?
For local in-stock orders, we require 1-2 working days to process and dispatch your order. For international orders, we require 2-3 working days to process and dispatch your order. Email notification will be sent once item has been dispatched and you will be able to track the shipment / delivery process of your item.

How long does it take for overseas shipment of parcel?

For express shipping, it will take an average of 2 to 12 days. For standard shipping, it will take an average of 16 to 24 days. Please email hello@etherealgift.com for our further advice on shipping rates and duration of parcel.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that all international delivery times are subjected to customs clearance.

What is the refund policy?
We are more than happy to give you a refund if our products are not satisfactory. Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund, please email us at hello@etherealgift.com (within 7 days from the date of the receipt of your order), stating the following:

  1. Name;
  2. Order number;
  3. The item(s) you wish to return; and
  4. Your preferred return method a) Registered Postage b) Courier Pick-up 

Etherealgift reserves the final right to reject your return goods if they do not comply with our regulations. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

What is the refund process?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
